Ken Norris

Ken re-joined the DMEA Board of Directors in 2025, having previously served on the DMEA Board in the early 2000s. Ken’s experience includes serving as Acting President of Colorado-Ute Electric Association (former power supplier to DMEA), Western Power Vice President, member of the Electric Power Research Institute Renewable Resources Task Force, Director on 18 electric utility boards, Power Engineer for Public Service Company of Colorado, and seven years as Montrose County Manager. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University, and is a Colorado-licensed Professional Engineer.
