Delta-Montrose Electric Association (“DMEA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. • Any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or through the Services.

• usernames, IDs, and passwords for your SmartHub account,
• financial and banking information, and
• account information (e.g., account number or service address).

Cookies and Website Tracking

SmartHub is hosted by National Information Solutions Cooperative (or “NISC”). When you visit SmartHub, NISC may collect details about your visit including the browser you are using, your IP address, the date and time you access the website, and which pages you visit. This information is collected using technologies such as cookies, log data, web forms, Google Analytics, and other similar technologies. The data collected using cookies is not tied to your personal information and is only used in an aggregated form. Many browsers allow you to disable usage of cookies. Please note that if you set your device preferences to disable usage of cookies, certain website features and content may not be available to you. Updating Your Information

As a customer, you have the option to create a SmartHub account. Within SmartHub, you can pay bills, manage registered accounts, view billing history, or submit a general inquiry. You may also manage and update your information within SmartHub, via My Information, accessible under the My Profile dropdown. From the My Information screen, you can:

• update your login email or password,
• manage your registered accounts,
• request an update to your billing address and contact information,
• manage your stored payment accounts,
• update your security phrase, and
• update your paperless settings.

It is your responsibility to provide us with complete and accurate information. If you opt not to create a SmartHub account, your service will not be impacted. SMS Terms & Conditions

I agree to receive periodic SMS messages from DMEA at the number(s) identified on my account. I understand that SMS messages may relay information about my account, and that I can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time. I am not required to provide consent as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. DMEA does not guarantee delivery of SMS messages and no warranty is provided for undelivered messages. I agree to notify DMEA immediately in the event that I voluntarily or involuntarily relinquish any registered telephone number(s). I agree to indemnify DMEA against any claims resulting from DMEA sending SMS messages to someone other than me, in the event that I voluntarily or involuntarily relinquish telephone number(s) identified on my account without notifying DMEA of the change, and understand that I am responsible for keeping DMEA informed when any of my contact information changes. Standard message data rates may apply. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Children’s Data

Our Services are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from, children under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal data from a child under 18 years old without verification of parent or guardian consent, we will delete that information.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time, and we will provide notice of any such changes to the policy as required by law. The date the privacy policy was last updated is identified at the top of the page. We will notify you of changes to this policy by updating the “last updated” date and posting the updated policy on the Services.
